Terms and conditions of purchase

Shipments to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) will be made by the company TIPSA, for the rest of destinations will be the company DHL in charge of shipments to customers.

Shipping times will ALWAYS be once the order is COMPLETED.

Shipping times:


  1. Peninsula (Spain) and Balearic Islands: 3 working days
  2. Europe: 6 working days

In both cases, 10 days of processing (upon request) are added.

An additional 20 days of manufacturing time will be added.

Delivery will be made to the address indicated by the customer during the purchase process.

LEONOR & SOFÍA offers several solutions to proceed with the payment of your purchase at

  • Credit or debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro (Spain only)
  • Bank transfer: You can pay for your purchase by bank transfer by selecting this payment method. The transfer must be made to LEONOR & SOFÍA. (Other countries)

Once the order has been placed, you have a maximum of 6 days from the order confirmation date to order the bank transfer.

After this period, if the payment has not been made, we will proceed to cancel the purchase. The purchase is not considered finalized until the transfer is confirmed.

Due to the fact that these are exclusive and custom-made articles, we only accept returns after contacting our customer service department in the following cases:

Return of goods due to transport damage:

The time limit for making a claim for damage to the goods shall be 24 hours from the date of delivery if the damage is not externally visible, at the time of delivery, or indicated on the delivery note.

Return for defective product:

Within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt of the return, once the condition of the returned items has been checked, Leonor & Sofia undertakes to reimburse you in full (shipping costs are not refunded).
